Availability of specific products and prices may vary by region, partner network and time. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where required by law.
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with Vietnamese consumer-protection law and SkyMobile's published refund policy. When you submit reviews, comments, support messages, photos or other content through the Services, you grant SkyMobile a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this licence and that your content does not violate any law or third-party right.
All trademarks, logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other content on the Services (excluding User-Generated Content) are owned by or licensed to SkyMobile and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes only.
The Services may interoperate with third-party services such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), payment gateways and analytics providers. Your use of such third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. SkyMobile is not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party services. In particular:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. Network coverage and data speeds may vary depending on location, device and network conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyMobile and its affiliates, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount you paid to SkyMobile in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SkyMobile and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Services becomes commercially impracticable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Services that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.

Tính sẵn có của sản phẩm và giá cước có thể khác nhau theo khu vực, mạng đối tác và thời điểm. Chúng tôi có thể thay đổi, tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt tính năng bất kỳ lúc nào, có thông báo hợp lý khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Việc hoàn tiền và hủy đơn được xử lý theo pháp luật bảo vệ người tiêu dùng của Việt Nam và chính sách hoàn tiền được SkyMobile công bố. SIM đã kích hoạt có thể không đủ điều kiện hoàn tiền, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu hoặc do lỗi của chúng tôi. Vui lòng liên hệ info@skymobile.vn để được hỗ trợ.
Bạn đồng ý KHÔNG sử dụng Dịch vụ để:
Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt Dịch vụ với người dùng vi phạm mục này mà không hoàn tiền, trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép.
Khi bạn gửi đánh giá, bình luận, tin nhắn hỗ trợ, hình ảnh hoặc nội dung khác qua Dịch vụ, bạn cấp cho SkyMobile quyền sử dụng phi độc quyền, miễn phí bản quyền, có hiệu lực toàn cầu để lưu trữ, sao chép và hiển thị nội dung đó nhằm mục đích vận hành và cải thiện Dịch vụ. Bạn cam kết có đủ quyền để cấp quyền này và nội dung không vi phạm pháp luật hoặc quyền của bên thứ ba.
Mọi thương hiệu, logo, thiết kế, phần mềm, văn bản, đồ hoạ và nội dung khác trên Dịch vụ (trừ Nội dung do người dùng tạo) thuộc sở hữu hoặc được cấp phép cho SkyMobile và được bảo hộ theo luật sở hữu trí tuệ. Bạn được cấp giấy phép có giới hạn, không chuyển nhượng, có thể thu hồi để sử dụng Dịch vụ cho mục đích cá nhân, hợp pháp.
Dịch vụ có thể tương tác với dịch vụ bên thứ ba như Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), cổng thanh toán và nhà cung cấp phân tích. Việc bạn sử dụng các dịch vụ này tuân theo điều khoản và chính sách bảo mật tương ứng. SkyMobile không chịu trách nhiệm về tính sẵn có, độ chính xác hay nội dung của dịch vụ bên thứ ba. Đặc biệt:
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép tối đa, Dịch vụ được cung cấp "nguyên trạng" và "khi sẵn có", không có bảo đảm dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào, dù minh thị hay ngụ ý, bao gồm bảo đảm về tính thương mại, tính phù hợp cho mục đích cụ thể và không xâm phạm. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm Dịch vụ sẽ liên tục, không có lỗi hoặc hoàn toàn an toàn. Vùng phủ sóng và tốc độ data có thể thay đổi theo vị trí, thiết bị và tình trạng mạng.
Trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép tối đa, SkyMobile và các bên liên kết, giám đốc, nhân viên, đối tác sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm cho bất kỳ thiệt hại gián tiếp, ngẫu nhiên, đặc biệt, hậu quả hoặc trừng phạt nào, cũng như tổn thất về lợi nhuận, doanh thu, dữ liệu, danh tiếng phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến việc bạn sử dụng Dịch vụ. Tổng trách nhiệm của chúng tôi đối với thiệt hại trực tiếp không vượt quá tổng số tiền bạn đã thanh toán cho SkyMobile trong mười hai (12) tháng trước sự kiện làm phát sinh khiếu nại. Không có điều khoản nào loại trừ trách nhiệm không thể loại trừ theo luật áp dụng.
Bạn đồng ý bảo vệ, bồi thường và giữ cho SkyMobile cùng các bên liên kết không bị tổn hại trước bất kỳ khiếu nại, yêu cầu, tổn thất hoặc chi phí nào (bao gồm phí luật sư hợp lý) phát sinh từ: (a) việc bạn sử dụng Dịch vụ; (b) việc bạn vi phạm Điều khoản này; hoặc (c) việc bạn vi phạm pháp luật hoặc quyền của bên thứ ba.
Bạn có thể ngừng sử dụng Dịch vụ bất kỳ lúc nào. Chúng tôi có thể tạm ngừng hoặc chấm dứt quyền truy cập của bạn vào toàn bộ hoặc một phần Dịch vụ nếu bạn vi phạm Điều khoản, nếu pháp luật yêu cầu, hoặc nếu việc tiếp tục cung cấp Dịch vụ không còn khả thi về mặt thương mại. Các mục có bản chất tồn tại sau chấm dứt (gồm Sở hữu trí tuệ, Tuyên bố miễn trừ, Giới hạn trách nhiệm và Luật áp dụng) vẫn có hiệu lực sau khi chấm dứt.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Điều khoản theo thời gian. Mọi thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo qua Dịch vụ hoặc email. Việc bạn tiếp tục sử dụng Dịch vụ sau ngày hiệu lực của Điều khoản mới đồng nghĩa với chấp nhận thay đổi.
Điều khoản này được điều chỉnh bởi pháp luật của nước Cộng hoà Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Mọi tranh chấp phát sinh từ hoặc liên quan đến Dịch vụ, nếu không thể giải quyết bằng thương lượng, sẽ được đưa ra toà án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.
